- We are not responsible for any weather changes, sun or rain and the damage that it may cause to the decoration.
- Once we deliver the decoration and you accept it. We do not come back for refills. The decoration will now be under your responsibility.
- If you want your decoration to be delivered or installed before 9 am o 6 pm we request an extra charge.
- If you want your decoration to be made and delivered within 24 hours there is a rush fee charge that will be requested from you. All our deliveries and installations are performed during the morning between 7am-2pm. If you desire a specific time, please call us, we will do our best to accommodate for an additional charge.
The photos are for reference, and although we guarantee the delivery of an arrangement with excellent quality, the balloon arrangement may vary depending on our inventory existence NO EXCEPTIONS: ALL ORDERS FOR THE WEEKEND MUST BE PLACED BEFORE FRIDAY AT 12 PM. IF YOU PLACE AN ORDER AFTER 12 PM YOU MAY RISK YOUR DECORATION TO NOT BE DONE OR DELIVERED ON THE DAY YOU DESIRE. IT MAY BE MOVED TO MONDAY OR TUESDAY. Delivery | Setup | Pickup
- Our schedule for delivery, set up and pick up is made ONLY the day before of your event and is based on your location and time of event; we take multiple events per day, and we go from city to city and we should be out of your place before your event starts.
- Our schedule for Friday to Sunday Decoration Installations is made between the hours 7am-3pm for weekends. We will contact you with a 2-hour window for installation or delivery the day before. If you desire a specific time let us know, we will do our best to accommodate for an additional charge.
- Shaded Area recommended for outside decorations specially in the summer. Even though our balloons are professional high-quality balloons; we will not guarantee against the weather or any harsh environment or objects.
